A study day for Turner specialists and the general public alike. Investigate the artist’s travels in Britain and abroad, explore Turner’s skilful orchestration of his artistic reputation and follow the development of a number of important watercolour compositions from sketch to finished watercolour and published print.
Speakers include Courtauld Gallery curator Joanna Selborne and Turner specialists Nicola Moorby, Cecilia Powell and Sam Smiles.
