Lecture SeRies V 2010-2011:

The autumn term of our popular Tuesday evening lecture series, Showcasing Art History, begins on 5th October 2010.
The series combines cutting-edge art-historical thinking with an accessible delivery; lectures are suitable for a general audience.
Each term investigates a theme of fundamental art-historical importance from a variety of
perspectives and across different historical periods and geographical regions.
All lectures start at the new time of 7.15pm in the Kenneth Clark lecture theatre, Courtauld Institute of Art. Each lecture lasts for one hour and is followed by an informal drinks reception.
The talks are given by members of Courtauld staff and by associated eminent guest lecturers.
